I spotted like that during my first pregnancy. The doctor I had at the time told me that I miscarried or rather that my body absorbed my baby. I didn't feel quite right about his opinion so I opted to leave his office and get a second opinion instead of going through a DNC like he wanted me to right then. I turned out to be fine and I have a healthy 8 year old now. I realize that sometimes that can be a sign of miscarriage but I also know that my sisters and I all had spotting during our first pregnancy. Good luck! Congratulations! and God bless you and your little one!

I spotted for 3 weeks straight with cramping and when I went to the doctor she told me that the blood was old blood and not to worry. And sure enough it stopped. But 3 years ago I had a miscarriage and the only "pregnancy" symptom I had was fatigue. So if you are having any other symptoms you should be fine. Plus I don't know about you but when I miscarried I didn't have spotting before it actually happened it was just a lot of blood and it all happened in about 2 hours or so.

Spotting is normal during the first couple of weeks of pregnancy. Since you have miscarried before, I would ask your doctor if this is cause for alarm. Call and explain to him that you miscarried before and are afraid the same will happen. He'll let you know if you need to come in. Do this ASAP though!!!!!!

Congrats!! Some times it is normal, I spotted when I was pregnant. But since you have miscarried, I would make an appointment with my doc. just to make sure that everything is going ok.

if you miss-carried then your doc should be working with you to make sure you don't this time! My cousin miscarried twice and it turned out she needed a short of some sort because she wasn't making something in her body to keep the pregnancy....ask your doctor how to minimize your risks....

i have been pregnant three time. this is my third time. i have two healthy babies and a healthy one on the way and i have never bleed but i have heard that women do bleed in the begining. do yourself a favor call your doctor tell him/her what is going on and see what they want you to do about it. or you could go to the er if you wanted and have them give you a once over. im sure your fine good luck and congrats .

I think the best thing for you to do is just to call you doctor and share with him your concerns
