try cetaphil face wash for normal to oily skin.. hopefully u are not allergic to it!!! get it from wal mart, they have a return policy. try it for a few days and see how u feel. also get a good moisturizer.. i suggest Aveeno w/ oatmeal.. i am currently trying this combo after ruining my skin w/ Murad from sephora, frickin $60 down the drain!
if u can, try dabbing honey on the pimple when u are at home, wash w/ cold water after 30 min. also, u can try exfoliating w/ a dime size amount of baking soda combined w/ ur cetaphil face wash, gently massage onto face and rinse w/ warm water, moisturize after.
good luck

I suggest that you get Proactiv. It works very good for people with oily skin and are constantly breaking out. It comes with a wash, and exfoliator and lotion. Of course, like every other product, you won't see results immediately, but your face will clear up within two weeks.

Use Maybelline's Concelear in a stick (the stick looks like an eyeliner) to cover it up. Not only does it cover the zit, it also clears it up in 1-2 use! That stick is awesome! I love it to death!

Wash your face. And DO NOT POP IT!!! Dont pop zits on your face. Try using a lotion or moistrizer. Try a lotion that prefents zits. shower daily and wash your face gently with soap and water. You could do it before you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning, when you are going to brush your teeth. I hope I helped!

Use a cleanser with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (salicylic acid is gentler) and then use a moisturizer to prevent your skin from drying out
