What is a good website to generate tournament brackets?

I am in charge of charge of the tournament bracket for an elementary knowledge bowl competition. We have 12 schools and each school needs to play each other once. A maximum of 3 schools/teams can play per round. Does anyone know a website that will generate this for you free?

P.S. It isnt a double or single elimination tournament...is it called pool play?

Sounds like round robin, where everyone plays everyone else at least once. Not really a bracket, but try this website.
