From a structural-functional perspective, which person would be considered more deviant: the Enron officer from the Enron Corporation scandal or a person arrested from stealing a car? If anyone can help, your response will greatly be appreciated.

The Enron executive as it would have a more widespread (domino effect if you will) impact on society than the individualistic crime of stealing a car.
