iP1600 Printer Driver is the actual driver to make the printer functional.
Easy-PhotoPrint is their program for simple editing and printing.
Their software off the site is better than the one of the cd, because they update it constantly.

you have to go to the canon website and in drivers and support you should be able to find the printer drivers for your printer.
OR
You can e-mail the technical support people they will provide you the link for printer driver.

with cpu off plug in the printer. turn on the cpu it will say found new hardware. click on install now and it should find everything for you.
