A record is usually any single row of a table or spreadsheet. For example, you may have a table with CUSTOMER in it. For each row of CUSTOMER, you will have a number of columns of data such as First Name, Last Name, etc.

A page is usually a virtual entity that may contain entries from several tables, such as CUSTOMER, ACCOUNT, etc.
