I don't quite get it in the Distric of Columbia consentual sex is not a crime. The Reds are in a uproar over sex

Conspiracy is a Federal Crime and violations of the Rico Act is also a Federal Crime.

Yet the Redpublicans think that it is OK to lie to Congress and Conspire to defraud America. The Reds could care less about fraud and conspiracy.

They have situational morality, that's why Sean Hannity can use a GAY PORN STAR ( Matt Sanchez) to try to paint liberals as bad, see because Matt was also a Marine I guess the GAY PORN STAR stuff is ok.......see how it works?

First of all, the Rico Act has been alive since the 70's. This isn't something that Red Staters reacently implemented.

Second of all, there is no 'leing'. It's a shame you would suggest that. Was the President wrong on things such as WMD? Absolutely. But he did not lie about them. Bush does not create the intellegence, he recieves them. He recieved them from country after country after country. All of which were wrong.

People love to forget that there was more evidence against Saddam then than there currently is against Iran.

We're in an uproar over sex? Really? When? Where?

That has even less basis in reality than your delusional claim that the Bush administration is criminal, or that he lied to Congress or that he conspired against America.

But PERJURY is a crime in the DC area...and having false intel is not...I will go one better....EVEN IF..he lied to congress when he asked for authorization to go to war...IT STILL IS NOT A CRIME.......HE WAS NOT UNDER OATH in court....and PS to commit conspiracy there has to be an underlying felony to conspire to...here there is none...have a nice day in fantasy land

I can't answer properly unless and until someone posts the facts which constitute the alleged crimes.

What conduct are you talking about?
