I'd say go with an accent color. Unless you have turquoise/burgundy purse and shoes, I'd think you'd have a third accent color, like Gold. I think some gold jewelry, and some gold eyeshadow would really make the entire ensemble pop! Good luck!

I would choose neutral brown/beige maybe with a soft pink, since your dress sounds colorful. I think using colors that match the dress may be a little much color. Hope this helps and good luck.

I would use a light shimmery color. Like a goldish, or light brown or something. That would look really good with those colors!

Depends what color your eyes are. The general rule is to not match your shadow with your clothing.
