Samsung E900 phone great phone but..........?

Question

has anyone found a way to cancel the timeout where the phone goes from the menu to the main screen and the key locking option.

They are the only pains about this phone.

I have a E900, but not sure what you mean. I think you mean when you slide the screen down it often asks if you want to lock the keypad, as it should lock automatically. If you go into Menu> Settings>phone settings> slide settings>scroll to down and scroll to stop operation, then save. it will now lock in the slider position.
