What is the "Follow-Me" line that keeps showing up on my cell phone bill?

I used to have that on my Cingular bill, it just means that the call was not on one of their towers. You should not get charged extra for that call. One thing; if too many of those start showing up on your bill (more than 40% of your anytime minutes-including night &weekend and Mobile2mobile) then Cingular can terminate your contract.
