Do you mean that you want to control an after-market alarm with an existing factory keyless entry remote?

If so, then you can purchase alarms that are designed specifically to be used with factory remote controls. They can be used in most, but not all, vehicles with keyless entry systems. An example of such an alarm is the Hornet 700T, made by the same company that makes Viper car alarms.

However, if you already have an alarm that includes its own remotes, you cannot adapt it to use your vehicle's factory remotes.

I had a viper alarm system on a car and you had the option of passively arming the alarm, this would also lock all the doors too. All you ha to do was take your key out of the ignition, get out of the car, and about 10 secs later, the doors would lock and the alarm would arm. I could of had the windows also raise automatically, but I do that anyway, by myself.
