This is a common problem with speaker/mic jacks as well a volume controls on lower grade devices.
It's usually caused by accumulated dust particles interfering with conductivity.
Use a can of compressed air to clean the speaker in jack at the back of your PC.

If this doesn't help at all then there is wear or corrosion within the connectors or wiring.

Are you hitting the actual end of the cord where it plugs into the jack? If so, that is normal because that is where the sound signal goes through to get from the sound card to the speakers...it is outputting anything that is coming through that cord, including when you touch it to the case.

lose wire connection can cause that. check the wires for wear , also check teh audio jack (blue) on the computer for lose connector.
