If I had an anonymous email asking lot of homework, I would think its either from student's parent or some student is saying that sarcastically. Although its an anonymous mail, only a student or anyone related to the student could mail me talking about homework.
The next day I would see how many students could bring the completed work. I would ask them whether what was it that they didn't like about H.W? If I find everything to be okay, I may arrange a parent-teacher meeting to know which parent wants to suggest improvement in my teaching, etc.
I would be thankful to the person/student for letting me know what students think about H.W. At the same time I would feel offended that students show their anger about H.W in roundabout ways rather than approaching me personally.

I'm thinking he will be impressed with your enthusiasm, but will not respondby giving you more homework because he's already busy. It's complicated for teachers to give equal attention to all students. Besides, why don't you just ask him in person.

Heehee, make it sound sincere enough and it just might work! Be polite and ask in your best Butt kissing voice if you could have the extra work as you are trying to better yourself, and humanity blah blah.
If nothing else you'll keep her awake all that night trying to figure out which student it could possibly be that actually wants to learn!!!

uhm no i wont do it. Just because A student sent me this email doesn't mean everybody's OK with it. i'm not even sure if it's a student who sent it since you're anonymous.
Besides, why would you like to have loads of assignments..? too bored perhaps??
