It takes two to tango.
If one heads out into traffic afraid of being late, gets angry at the slow drivers, gets frustrated, that person will for sure run into the worst jam he ever experienced. At the very same time in the very same place, the calm, cool. relaxed dude will manoeuver his way through and arrive on time. Why is that?
It is a matter of energy, a matter of focus, a matter of the law of attraction. It applies everywhere and with everything. Study it and gain total understanding.

Okay.. this is from a young african american's point of view. I think that everyone exhibits prejudice and discrimination equally. But I don't believe african americans were always like this. We have become so mad at the caucasian race looking down upon us and acting like we're all criminals or "unhuman". That has got many minorities angry. We talk about this and the talking only makes us even more upset so we feel as if we have to take matters in our own hands because the legal and government system is based on the caucasian race. That can lead to gang violence, black on black crimes, and suicides. Since we feel below the majority we feel we have no reason to live, no reason to respect the majority race, and no reason to try and suck up to them so we put ourselves in danger. This is how I feel as a middle class 13 year old african american girl.

I have learned over the years that most of the prejudicial attitudes are harmless expressions like leftover archaic constructions within us that we use because they are there but not because on a face to face reality we really are that way. And if there is any form of prejudice among most of the minorities the whites get their fare share just as do any other. So if prejudice is valid it is mostly proposed against others who are of the same race but not of the same tribe. And so on down to the most regional and even of different towns and urban sections where those on the other side of the hill are the subjects of prejudicing of some sort or other.

They blame whites for everything that goes wrong in their lives. They get caught with drugs, it's the white mans fault. They get fired for being late it is the white mans fault. Everyone needs to take responsiblity for their own actions and stop blaming others.

Punkxy Girl is right, groups with power are the only groups which can truly discriminate.
Yes, any person can have any feelings--negative or positive--towards any group of people, but with power in society comes power to dscriminate.

There is no way of answering this as the terms are undefined and it could only be answered if the terms were defined and we were able to sample from a population, using those definitions.
