Knowing that we live on a planet shaped like a sphere, the end of the horizon is where the sky and the ground seem to touch each other. That's an optical illusion. You see the horizon as a straight line separating the sky and the ground and if you move towards the horizon, it seems to move away and that's because you are moving along the curvature of the Earth. Since the Earth is shaped like a circle, you can never get to the horizon but you will always see it in a distance.

There is no end of the horizon. According to equations we can see upto 156km. (If you stand in an open field with nothing around, you can see upto 156 kilometres) but that's not the end of the horizon. If you go a step forward, you can see more. This will go on till you reach the same spot and see the same horizon.

The horizon is a circular line which limits the surface of the Earth you can see from your standing point.
If you climb to a higher point, your horizon will expand accordingly and you will be able to see the surface of the Earth (or the sea) farther away.
At the sea you will see the lower part of a sheep sailing away from you disappear under the horizon while the mast and the sails are still visible.
This is because the Earth is a sphere.

we can easily say that there is no end to the horizon, which is part of our universe.
( there can exist a universe, mathematically, which don't have an end and is like a loop. But u can't leave the loop so u can't think of going diagonally.)
