Easy Off BAM works great on grease. Just spray on, let it sit for a while, then wipe it off. Tough grease stains may require a little elbow grease or a second spraying, but that stuff has gotten everything off my stove.

First : rinse with hot water & mop up.
Then,a few attempts with fantastik or similar cleansers should eventually remove
the grease.
Regular cleaning will prevent future buildup
of hardened grime.

I usually put a little Soft Scrub on a paper towel, and scrub the stuck on grease spots. Then I wash the rest all over and rinse my cloth and wipe it dry right away. To get it nice and shiny, make sure to dry it right away.
