Start with your name at the top, then address, contact details (email and tele number) and then date of birth. You should then have a 3 or 4 line personal profile eg an experienced people manager with strong interpersonal skills with drive and commitment to deliver results etc
You then need to list your roles starting from current working back the way. You cannot have gaps (employers may think you hav been in prison) so you need to include if you have been a stay at home parent. All your jobs should be listed with the dates on the left hand side and then on the right your job title. Below this should be an outline of your responsibilities but more importantly what you achieved and delivered in that job. eg I led the negotiation for a £xmillion pound contract.
Finally the CV should finish with "additional Information " which would be your interests and hobbies, if you hold a driving license and if you wish to state your marital status and how many children you have. (these later ones are not mandatory).
Do not try anything fancy in terms of format eg printing on pink paper as it looks unprofessional - keep it business like on white paper, consistent font and no spelling errors.
A really long response - sorry - hope it helps

Some pretty bad advice on offer here. Saying you don't have a CV is basically saying
"I am too lazy to acctually put some effort in and getting a decent job, so deserve nothing less than licking stamps"
I have compiled a job advice website which includes pages of info about how to deal with job stuff, inclusive of CV's. May I suggest you take a look at http://www.gjobadvice.co.uk for a full breakdown.

Make sure that it is well laid out, and check your spelling. You should include personal details, education, work experience, interests, skills and references
