They're just trying to make more people aim to have that logo under their name - thus posting more. It's a scam! Hehe.
I ain't too bothered about it. Maybe I'll have it one day though *dreams*. Nooo, Yahoo are turning me into a postaholic.

It's a label collared under the avatars of those ppl who have answered and received many best answers in a particular category. To see what category place your pointer on the avatar and it will show. I don't really like it the novelty of it has faded for me.
