It really doesn't matter. Sunscreen should be absorbed in the skin to be working. Apply 15 minutes before going out to sun.

Waiting til the moisturizer is absorbed before applying the suncreen is a good idea, because you're very likely to use too little if your skin is still moisted by moisturizer. You'll get a better idea how much you'd need if you wait til the moisturizer is absorbed.

It is often adviced to apply sunscreen after moisturizer because moisturizers are usually thinner than suncreen and takes shorter time to be absorbed.

before,sunscreen must always be applied directly to the skin,if your moisturizer contains a SPF of 15 or higher you can skip the sunscreen.

I think you would clean your face, use a toner, then a
moisturizer,then sunscreen. But that's because of the daily
skin care order of things.I never use sunscreen.It seems to
make my skin burn or sting, ingredients in product.
sometime your makeup base has a protector from the sun.
I prefer that.

I use a moisturizer w/ spf15, put on a clean face before makeup!

when ever u put on skincare products you always apply thinnest to thickest. and your moisturizer should have a SPF in it i work for Estee Lauder so that is how i now. if you where wondering

i use a moisturizer which contains spf when i am outside. therefore it doesn't fatigue my skin.only one layer ..
