I got screwed royallly and want out. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're still under contract, you can't. It states in the contract that if you cancel early, you will be charged a $200 early termination fee. You signed the contract to get the phone, so you are legally obligated to pay the $200 early termination fee if you cancel it before the contract is over.

It sounds like you need to review your contract that you signed with them. If in that contract it says you must pay the 200$ fee than you are going to have to. If no where on the contract that you signed has the fee on it then you are not subject to pay for it.
