I am very new to using a computer, can you tell me how to download or put something onto a floppy disc? I don't have a printer and need to put a file onto a disc so I can take it to the library and print it out there.

drag the file to the drive that you put disc into. like if it was the A:/ drive, drag the file to that drive. you can also right click your mouse and click "send to" and then the floppy drive

Double click "My Computer" and you will see "3 1/2 Floppy (A:)" listed there. Double click that to open it. Next, just left click the file and while keeping the mouse button pressed, drag the file over to the "3 1/2 floppy" window and release it. It will copy it over and it will be on the disk.

If you are trying to directly download a file from the internet onto the disk, when it asks you where you want to download the file to, select the A: drive and then click save. If you are trying to move a file you already have on your computer to the disk, right click, hit copy, open your A: drive through "My Computer", right click on an empty space in the window, and hit paste.
