It sure seems that way doesn't it? Once it was the night before thanksgiving and my electric stove went out. I had 30 people soming for dinner the next day. I went to Sears and bought a new stove. Would you believe that when I woke up the next day my fridge was broken? Needless to say my dinner plans were ruined. I had to cancel at the last minute.

Santa uses alien technology provided to him by his friends at Area 51. It's the propulsion system that allows UFO'S to travel faster then the speed of light. It works like a giant magnet. Magnetic force field pulling the front on his sled and the polar opposite pushing it from the back. It creates it's own vacuum, has no resistance and therefore can get from one place to another in the wink of an eye. Remember the old tales of Santa being off in a wink of an eye. Now you know the real story. Charlie C.

Vacumms have a 3 year life span. alot will work after 3 years but they do not work as well.
dryers are knowen to stop because of fabric softner sheets. if you take your screen out and run water over it the water will puddle up, if you scrub it wil warm soap water and a tooth brush the water will run though it agin.
if it makes you feel any better, this month all the shelfs on my fridge broke off, a few months ago my fridge stoped cooling things off, and befor that I had a air matress (i was staying with someone wile my house was being built) and a little boy stabed it with a knife.

They sure do!
It's called planned obsolesce, manufactures don't want their equipment to last, they want you to buy more and more.
There are two ways to do this; first to make their new products so much better that the customers will want to replace their old products, or the far cheaper method of giving their products a very limited lifespan, usually one or two months after the warranty expires.
Sorry about that, but it isn't the 1960s anymore, back then manufactures tried to make their equipment to last as long as possible.

My washer and dryer both quit the same day 2 days after the warranty was over... =(

Oh yes. You've found out one of their nasty tricks.
Good excuse not to vacuum! Dryer is more of a problem though.

its not the manafacturers fault. You probably angered your appliances in some way and they quit just out of spite. You must be nice to your appliances and not treat them like second class citizens or undocumented laborers. have a heart for petes sake!

Honey, you're reading MY MIND. My washer went, then my vacuum, and then my dishwasher died. ALL in a matter of 3 days. I think you're right. ~~~~~~~
