Yep. I remembered to take my meds LOL.
Seriously, I look outside and after a long miserable winter I see the trees bursting with pink flowers, the daffodils and crocus are turning the lawns gold and purple. The birds are singing.
How could one NOT be happy? I have no money and many serious problems, but I have my health and spring is coming. I am one of the lucky ones.

I am mad! The receptionist called in sick at work and now I'm stuck watching the stupid phones for 8 long hours with nothing to do! I really hope someone is having a better day than me!

Happiness is a emotion and if we tell are selves that we are happy every day we will be . Then all we consume will be received more pleasant

not happy- but yes content.
today was okay.
could have been worse- but I still wish it was even better :)
spent most of the day cleaning- which is good in away, but now wish I was somewhere else doing something else...
