hi i have bought a 1gb micro sd memory card for my l7 and im having problems with it !!?

i put t into my fone and tried to use it but it kept saying "not allowed" what shall i do!!
when i conmect it to my pc it comes up i can put stuff in but not c it on my fone whats going on aaahahahh help.
do i need to format it or something how do u do that coz on my pc i can't do it and on my fone it just keeps saying not allowed!!

You should read the manual for the device in which you are trying to install the sd memory. Maybe the device is not compatible with a 1GB card.
