There ain’t gonna be enough o’ THAT fool to go around…!

I think they made a serious mistake, eliminating Captain America. He was a heroe’s hero. His worst enemy would trust Captain America’s spoken promise; his word of honor was worth that much. Who’s going to replace him? Some gritty, grim, grimy version…?

You can’t replace Captain America. like you can’t replace Washington or Lincoln.

They’d just better hurry up and realize that and bring him back.

Well most of the heros will be looking for justice. So whoever killed him is gonna be screw !!! . Cap is not really dead. He'll probably end up being the new Kingpin of crime casue he can't remember who he was of some lame comic plot. They will bring him back and retool him so that he'll start killing people.

sounds like a trick by a certain one-eyed super agent to keep Steve Rogers out of jail to me!

ps--the 'winter soldier' aka Bucky Barnes best be the next Cap -or I'm gone!

JUST remember in comic books, dead is never REALLY dead... Even if you see the body, they aren't really dead!

Prime examples are...

Jason Todd, Bucky, Jean Gray, Uncle Ben, Superman, Captain Marvel (the Marvel version)... the list goes on and on...

Hasn't there been more than one "Captain America"? Can't the justice league or whatever just recruit a new one?

I'm sure that will be the story line for the next marvel crossover.
