Heat pack (microwave, electric, or hot water bottle) is the best!!!! They make those little things now that you can buy at the store. Little heat pack thingys. They are great.

What kind of cramps? Abdominal or muscular. If abdominal then have a nice hot bath and go to bed early. If muscular, then you might need some more salt.

Mild exercise is suppose to be great. Hot bath.

exercise. i know, who wants to exercise when they are cramping!?!?!?! but walking around helps me. natural endorphines are released and all that...

but when they are REALLY bad, and i couldnt dream of walking around, a heating pad is the greatest!!!!
