No it isn't, and also, most dwarfs i know are offended if you don't toss them in the air when you see them.

Dwarf throwing was banned in Australia by the pc mob, so in typical Aussie fashion they invented dwarf bowling where you tuck a dwarf into a tyre and see how far you can send him(or her if you,re pc).
