I finished my period 6 days ago and I keep getting period like cramps and I'm just wondering is this normal? I keep going to the bathroom thinking I might get my period back again. I went off the pill December 16th and we only on it for 8 months. Have any ideas on what it could be?

Well I think that getting off the pill will make your body play tricks on you as your body tries to live without all those extra hormones pumping through it.

the period process is stressful for ur muscles. so they start tighting up which is why ur experincing this.
