Start by tracking your period on a calendar. Mark the day you start. You will typically be ovulating about two weeks after the start of your period. When you're in about the time frame you believe you're ovulating, start "practicing." Keep in mind that sperm can live inside of you for about 3 days, so just keep trying. This system worked for me, and it's better that wasting $30 or more on those ovulation tests, and you'll know sooner. Good luck to you!

not trying to be mean or anything here but your eggs are a little older now and your homones may be a little off. You may also be trying to hard, just try to relax Lol ( us TTC women relax yea right) but It could also be coming from what ever birth control method that you used while you were not TTC. Best wishes and good luck

have you been on birth control since the last child?
cause it could take a year to get out of your system.
i'd just buy an ovulation kit, and if nothing at 12 months, go see your gynie :)

i don't think of it truly is easier even as no longer attempting. you only are not waiting. waiting continuously sounds like it takes a lengthy time period. How lengthy were you no longer attempting before you got pregnant along with your son? perhaps years.
