Clatonbright seal, available in most caravan shops easily applied with a specialised tool with a diamond shaped head. Though used in a lot of production boats the seal dose weather rather quickly especially in a marine environment and leaves black streaks everywhere. I prefer to cut the acrylic or perspex windows slightly over-sized, mask them off and bed them down with Sikaflex or Arbokol and Stainless Dome Headed or countersunk screws. More of a professional finish cheaper and easier to replace or maintain.

The cheapest place to get rubbers in Portsmouth is the local gay boys club. Just be careful you don't bend over when in there.

Not so sure if they do every section, but I bought a new rubber for my Houdini hatch at Cherrys, and they posted it to my home in Southsea!

I'd have thought your nearest chandler would be able to sort that out. Failing that, you could go to your nearest car windscreen place and ask them. They won't have the right thing, but I bet they could point you towards whoever makes them.
