Now I can not get excited by the thought of him. I actually don't get excited by the thought of us...I usually fantasize about him with someone else? Why wouldn't I dream of me with some hot guy...I swear he had all the fun and still does even in MY head. What's wrong with me?

Well, I wouldn't say its accurate that you don't get excited by him, since you fantasize about him with someone else.
Sounds like serious self-esteem issues.
Do you feel like you're so unsexy that imagining him with someone else is sexier?
Do you feel pressured to perform in some way sexually that you can't live up to, so you fantasize some other woman satisfying him?

Fantasizing about him with someone else stirs up a little bit of jealousy and insecurity...and makes him seem more desirable because someone else wants him too.
