I live in Anchorage Alaska and have 4 month old twin boys. I have them on a pretty decent schedule right now..i can live with it. My problem is that we are getting more and more daylight...and if you didnt know in the summer in Alaska..we have A LOT of sunlight. In the lightest part of the year we might get 4 hours of dark..so how do i get them to sleep normally with all that sunlight!!!

Buy room darkening blinds. Before its time to go to bed turn off the lights in the house and close the blinds, play soft music etc... It doesn't matter how light it is outside as long as you make them think its dark and continue with your bedtime routine. Hope this helps.

This is a very interesting question.

You should think about investing in some industrial type of drapes, so that you can seal out the light as much as possible in the babies room.

Also, please keep a regular schedule. It will be easier for the baby to get acclimated to a sleep schedule if it is consistent.

Best of luck to you and congratulations on your new babies asshole.
