No, I'm gay and prefer to date accordingly.
I am not judging bi-sexual persons, since I have many who are friends, but it just isn't my cup of tea.

I don't know why you wouldn't? Everyone is different, just because you go on a date doesn't mean your getting married or anything. For all you know he might end up being your best friend for life or it might not click between you two at all. A date doesn't hurt anything.

Maybe it's just a front. I'd give it a shot. Perhaps you can make him more comfortable being out with his sexuality.
