Let's, instead of speculating, look at history. In 1948, 1967, and 1973, Israel fought and won wars against as many as five countries that had direct access to Israel's borders. Since any war that involved only Pakistan would necessitate that Pakistan used mostly air forces, Pakistan would have a very hard time defeating Israel without the use of Nukes. Since it is widely believed that Israel has Nukes, there would exist a kind of M.A.D. between the two warring states. As such, if by 'all-out war' you mean that both sides try defeat the other regardless of the consequences, then they both would be destroyed, meaning nobody wins.
In a non-Nuke scenario, Israel has a very modern air force, and would probably punish Pakistan beyond what Pakistan wanted to pay.

Pakistan can not win war against Israel nor against India. Because corruption in Pakistan is her own enemy first. Pakistan shout more than face the reality.

I was not aware that Pakistan has declared war on Israel.
If they do however, a lot of Jews that I know of will come for defense of Israel including me.

Doubt it .. In 1967 it took Israel four days to defeat the Arabs largest and most heavily equipped army..... Without world scrutinization Israel would again be victorious..

Israel Can't defeat Pakistan, because Pakistan is a big country of more than 200 million people, on the other hand Israel is a Tiny nation with tiny land and population of only 7 million, how on earth they can defeat pakistan, Pakistan has support of China which is the world super power, America has its own problem they can' interfere in war now because of economical collapse they face,
By the way Pakistan could not have a war with Israel, unless some muslim countries gave there air bases, 2ndly Pakistan is busy with India so no way Pakistan is going to fight israel
