I'm not sure Blow is a good movie for father/daughter relationships, assuming you want positive examples.
I would recommend "Fly Away Home", "A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries", "To Kill a Mockingbird", or "My Father The Hero".

The classic Sweet Smell of Success. The father/daughter relationship is not the main plot, but it's there and very weird.

Both the orignial "Father of the Bride" with Elizabeth Taylor and Spencer Tracey and the "Father of the Bride" with Steve Martin and Kelly Williams . They are told through the eyes of the dad and both are very funny and touching.
