says i have either diabled javascript which i dont think i have or to install flash player which ive always had on the computer but it wont allow me to install it and ive tried various ways.ive also run a registry cleaner,avg and a spyware programme-all of no help.advice needed please

What about Firewall program ? Disable it .
Update your WMP.
Download Firefox from www.mozilla.org/firefox.
In tools check Javascript is enabled.
In IE also, Tools/Internet Options/Advanced.
Check browser settings and Javascript.
