How can i make money? I'm 13, i live in the country and if somebody wants chores or something like that done they do it themselves. I already babysit anybody around that has kids and i only ever get calls like 3 times a month.
i cant cut grass, it's winter. i dont get allowance, or paid for doing house-hold chores. I will be fourteen soon(old enough to get a real job and work 18 hours a week) but there aren't any jobs around to do. Please help, i have been thinking about this for about 2 months. and i am stumped. ANY ideas welcome.

Forget the job routine. You're young and obviously ambitious, which is a great asset. You need to learn how to make money on th e Internet. could you round up products to sell on Ebay? Would your mom help with the registration and bank account requirements?

Read a book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki as soon as possible. There is also a rich dad book that focuses on young people.

You can make some money on the internet through affiliate marketing or making links to your ebay auctions by going to:

Learn now to develop product ideas and marketing plans. By the time you're 20 you'll be retiring while your friends are still sophomores in college. Good luck.

My heart goes out to you Chelle. Try pet sitting or pet grooming (washing). Those are chores most people will gladly pay someone else to do. If you live in the country, maybe some of your neighbors would pay you to feed and care for their animals. You could also talk to your parents and tell them of your need and ask if there is anything extra you could do around the house to make some money. Good luck hun.

You said you have stuff to sell on e-bay.....why not sell your stuff at your own yard sale? Plan it well...determine what you want to sell and for how much....do you have enough stuff to make it a weekly or a monthly affair? Figure how often you can do your yard sale, then make flyers and distribute door-to-door. If the local grocer (or other local businesses) would allow you to put flyers in their counter or in their windows, do it.......your flyers don't have to be fancy......just make sure it has all the important info: WHERE AND WHEN (date & time).

Good luck, sweetie.

You can wash cars man. People always need their cars washed...that's money in the bank because professional car places can be very expensive. Good Luck.

Shovel snow, walk dogs. I knew of this man who made a killing off of picking up dog poop in people's back yards.
