Yes its very easy. You can reset your router where it has no password. There is a tiny button you have to use a paperclip to reset it. Before you do though read up on resetting your router.
But basically it resets it so there is no password or the password is usually ADMIN on the top slot and the password slot below is left blank.
If you go to your routers web site, the company web site, it will show you how to do it. Very easy.

#1: try to login to your router and change the password there. Here's how if you're on WinXP:
- start > run > type "cmd" > click OK
- in the command prompt, type "ipconfig"
- find the "Default Gateway" IP listed for your wireless network (something like 192.168.1.1).
- open a browser and type that Default Gateway IP into the address bar
- if a login prompt appears, login with whatever login info you remember - probably user ID "admin" and whatever password you might have chosen.
- if you get logged into your router, you should be able to find the place where you change the Wireless Network security settings. that's where you'll change the password you've forgotten.
#2: assuming that doesn't work, there's a factory defaults reset button somewhere on your router, most likely only accessible by sticking an unfolded paperclip into it. Turn off your router, hold that button in, turn the router back on and keep the reset button held in for ten seconds. Then turn the router off and on again, and you will have reset the factory defaults on the router, including your wireless password.
The above instructions are general purpose only. For specifics on how to log in to your router, change the wireless network password, or reset to factory defaults, consult your router's manual. Good luck!

I take it you have a computer attached to the router/AP that you are attempting to connect to so just go into the setup page for the router/AP and change the wireless password.
If you dont remember the routers password you can always just reset it to factory defaults and reset the whole thing.

out of the box, it's usually blank (no password)
you can reset the router (there's a little tiny button in the back, use a pen to and hold it down) to the out of box setting.
check your manufacturers website for the default password.

Browse to your router configuration and you can change it there under the Wireless Security settings.
