Alright so for the past couple of days I've been extremely tired, I haven't wanted to move because it takes way too much energy. I also haven't been hungry, and on top of that I've had headaches and sore muscles and a sore throat.

I had a sinus infection about a month ago and this is completely different than that.

Is it mono? What should I do?

It could be the virus, mono, or it could be something else. I believe that there is a test for mononucleosis (Epstein-Barr test?) to find out if you do have that. Please go to your dr, and he or she can send you for some blood tests to rule out certain problems and try to find the root cause of your extreme fatigue, headaches, sore muscles and sore throat. Hopefully you will get some answers really soon. Feel better!!
