My current favorite Christian song is "I'm Alive" by Brian Littrell, but his whole CD is great. I also just found "Pieces of the Sun" by Test Your Reflex. Relient K just came out with a new CD, Five Score and Eight Years Ago.
Oh, and it's not really a band, but if you haven't heard of the Off-Broadway show, Altar Boyz, you should look them up. Their songs are really funny, and Christian oriented.

SO many good ones! Rebecca St. James, East West (I think they broke up though), LaRue, Caedmons Call, Madison Greene, Mute Math (or the band before- Earthsuit). Hope that helps a little. :)
