some people will say to do it gradually, replace one meal at a time.
in your situation i think if u really want to stop, go cold turkey. she will cry for a few days and u your breasts will be painful and u will want to give in. but if u really really want to stop, don't give in. it will get better.
at her age u r better off giving her a sippy cup, so that way u don't need to go through this again with the bottle. plus a bottle after 1 years old is really no good for the teeth.

Cold turkey it's the only way ,she will cry for a bit but will get use to the sippy cup eventually.

Don't breastfeed her. When she gets hungry/thirsty enough she'll take the bottle or sippy cup.

pull her off whenever she bites and dont nurse her again till she askes. repeat as needed. she will learn to stop biting.

13 months old is 'way' too old to still be breastfeeding. If she doesn't adapt to the bottle, you'll have to wait until she's hungry enough to start it.
