in my experiment , i found that pH 7 is optimum pH and i have to explain why is it work best in pH 7??

pH 7 for enzymes is optimal because that is the pH of living systems (biologic organisms - catalase !).

At higher or lower pH's the enzymes will lose it's shape or denature and become ineffective.

i wouldn't think that the pH 7 would destroy it since it is a neutral pH.
