About the 9/11 conspiracy buffs?

How many people here believe this garbage?

I am definitely not a fan of George Bush,but I don't believe he's that damn evil.
Besides,I think anything like this wouldn't stay secret for long.The sheer number of people who would have to be involved would have made it impossible to keep the lid on it.

I agree, it is hard to believe he or anyone is that evil. On the other hand, I have done a little research on him and his family, and found them to be of questionable character; Okay, they're most likely Satanist.

I am also not afraid of Conspiracy theories, since most plans require several people working together, to carry them out. Even the Arab hijacking story is a conspiracy theory, albeit one without any real proof; at least none we have been shown.

I tend to believe what the evidence shows happened. In this case, members of our government (the NeoCons) planned an attack on U.S. soil to get congress and the people to support an invasion of the Middle East. Don't believe it; take a look at some of the evidence for yourself.

Most all the evidence that is available to us, show that the WTC buildings were rigged with explosives. Our own government had motive as was well as an opportunity to do this crime. Here is the evidence, presented for your scrutiny.

FAKE CONFESSION
The official government story is that the 9/11 attack was orchestrated by Al Qaeda, which is lead by Osama bin Laden. The proof our government provided was a video with Osama confessing to the crime. Molten, beyond red hot, "steel" was video recorded coming out of the South Tower just before it collapsed. Jet fuel does not burn hot enough to turn steel to liquid. Melted red hot steel was also found in "ground zero" of all three WTC buildings, including WTC7; the one no jet ever hit.

FORENSICS
A chemical analysis of the solidified molten iron,conducted by independent firms, yielded an explosive, called Thermite. Also found was a WTC core beam; most probably cut using the demolition cutting charge (Thermate). No core beams were left standing beyond a few feet high, for it to have been cut by an Iron Workers torch.

MOTIVE
The New Conservatives (Neo-Cons), started planning the invasion of Iraq, even before Pres. Bush took office. Apparently, the plan would include the attack of the WTC buildings. It did this to get the support of congress and the nation, to attack Iraq. Read it from their own PENAC document. Pay special attention to the section entitled "Creating Tomorrow's Dominant Force" page 50 and the top of page 51, where it states we need a new Pearl Harbor attack to get the ball rolling.

OPPORTUNITY
Witnesses saw a work crew going into the WTC buildings with rolls of wire, supposedly for internet upgrades. Tenants were moved around while crews "upgraded" the cable systems. The Port Authority cut power to the building for a whole weekend, just prior to the attack; shutting down the entire security systems. Witnesses also heard crews operating heavy hammering equipment that left a gray cement like dust, in the building. This activity took place just weeks before the 911 attack: The Port Authority had released control of the buildings to Larry Silverstein, six weeks prior to the attack: He made upwards of $5 billion off of the attack.

One might expect to see three holes in the pentagon, one for the main body and two more for each engine. The engine and engine parts were found outside of the building, they never penetrated the building thus no hole was created by them. The deep 18 foot hole was most probably made by an on board missile and not the aircraft itself. A radiation expert claims high-radiation readings near the Pentagon indicates depleted uranium (DU) munitions may have been used.

Witnesses say, the U.S. military secretly had Raytheon Co. refit an A-3 Skywarrior with new jet engines, a missile, and a Global Hawk guidance system, just prior to 9/11. The Jet engine(s) found may be key to identifying what type of aircraft hit the Pentagon: At the very least, they help determine a Boeing 757 did not hit the Pentagon. Both the jet engine housing as well as a "front end rotor head" have been identified as belonging to a Pratt & Whitney JT8D jet engine. The P&W JT8D engine has been used on the smaller Boeing 727 as well as a retrofit for the A-3 Skywarior. Two P&W JT8D's do not provide enough thrust to get a Boeing 757 off the ground much less sufficient power to perform the military precision maneuvers the aircraft in question did.

The landing gear is one part found in the crash site that may be linked to a Boeing 757. It could also be a part that was retrofitted on an A-3 Skywarrior, since the wheels would most likely need to be replaced with something still available.

I dont believe George Bush was in on it at all. He looked very surprised when it happened. Then again I view him as merely a puppet for the people who actually do control our government. I put nothing past them and firmly believe they orchestrated 9-11, without 9-11 there would be no justification for the war in Afghanistan or Iraq and both wars were needed to further the agenda of the New World Order. Laugh and call it a conspiracy it really doesnt matter to me. That is just a way they discredit the truth from being realized by a majority of people. They call anything close to the truth a conspiracy and people back off it not wanting to be associated with something crazy like that. This is also further proof that there is no liberal media.

Our country must be woefully unprotected if four commercial planes could fly around the country with no military intervention for such a long period of time especially on our Eastern seaboard (which is covered with military bases) and in the No Fly zones in New York City and Washington, D.C.

Where is the billion dollar defense system our tax dollars bought? The argument goes that the terrorists turned off the communication transponders and no one knew where the planes were. So if an enemy plane flies into our airspace and has no transponder, no one knows where it is until it is too late? Huh?!?! Radar doesn't see it? We are just sitting ducks? This just doesn't pass the common sense test.

The real garbage is the explanation for the tragedy and the cover up of the 9/11 commission. It is the conspiracy theory. They want us to believe that they knew the names of the terrorists the next day, even though the hijackers did not use their real names? I don't swallow any of this story because none of it is logical. They supposedly found the hijackers paper passports, but the black box was destroyed? People who don't question the explanation are the dumb ones. As far as Bush being evil, money is at the root. 9/11 was a good excuse for Bush to go into Afghanistan and Iraq which made an obscene amount of money for his oil corporation campaign contributors, Cheney's Haliburton and Poppy Bush's Carlyle Group. I think you have a point. However, I do think it is important to truly look at all the evidence and not sweep it under the rug. Bush didn't allow an independent commission. It was chosen. I believe that there is enough of a question to warrent an in depth independent investigation. It should be head up by congress. I think all the information, data, and evidence of 9/11 should be looked over with a fine tooth comb. It hasn't been. The american people and the victims of 9/11 deserve to have these questions answered.
And, I think George Bush isn't dumb enough or evil enough to perpetrate 9/11. But I wouldn't put it past Cheney and Rumsfeld. Those two are perfectly evil enough and capable of doing something that evil. I'm not saying they did it. I'm saying they are capable.

I love the folks talking about the unanswered questions. Just because you want to cling to a twisted belief in an invalid theory doesn't mean the answers aren't there, it just means you won't accept them.

The answers are quite clear. The only conspiracy involved in 9/11 was that of the terrorists who perpetrated it.

I think there are things being covered up with 9/11. especially the attack on the pentagon.
I don't know whose to blame and I don't know if it was an inside job- I doubt it.
I think it might have been laziness- clinton's people left notes about Al-queda and they sent threats, but we were still attacked.
others have said that terrorists tried plane attacks before- I never heard a news story on it, so if they did it was kept quiet.

I just think we don't have the whole story

I agree with you. It is not only garbage, but garbage that any thinking person will dismiss in an instant. The conspiracy folks seem to believe that if they say it often enough, they will recruit people to their cause.

But we will always have our conspiracy theorists with us.

It is interesting that, if you look at the bulk of the posts along these lines on YA, they are almost all posted by one individual, utilizing a veritible pantheon of screen names.
(Nancy, Ginger, Lori, Bob, Juliette, Suzy Q, Crypto Jew Girl, Christina f, Mikegonebad, Brenda,Chucky&Lucky, etc., etc., etc.) And she has even taken to asking the question using one screen name and then answering with another screen name to support her question. In one instance, I noticed that she asked the question, answered it, and then gave herself 10 points for having the best answer!

I saw what happened, with my own eyes.

The conspiracy theories are the most ridiculous garbage I've ever heard.

My theory on why people believe it is that it is easier for them to believe Bush did it, since one election or impeachment would "solve" the problem.

It they acknowledge what it actually was - a band of crazies out to get us, which is growing as we speak - then we face a long and costly war.

In that narrow sense, one would PREFER that Bush did it, since that's a much easier problem to address.

But I can't deny reality.

Not recognizing the threat means not being able to address it.

The conpiracy lies are therefore dangerous.

No, I don't believe... I believe there is no way the "credible" media wouldn't have sniffed this out, but according to the CTs, the media is run by the ones that perpetrated the act, so it has been suppressed.......yeah, right!
