Kontiki Delivery Manager is attempting to access the Internet??

This keeps coming up on my screen,what should I do.Should I allow or not,please help!!

thanks for speedy answers,but how do I get rid of.It is asking "what do you want to do"Shall I automatically create firewall?? I keep blocking it but it keeps coming back up.It recommends me to allow always??

Kontiki Manager is loaded with spyware and adware. The people at Download.com are selling the information that you send to them via this download manager. You deserve privacy.
Uninstall it and find another download manager without the spyware.
