Agreed 100% - if they are role model mums then I'm St Theresa!!! In the line up are Jade - mum who deserts kids to go into rehab - Kate Moss - mum who deserts her kids to go into rehab - Kerry Katona - mum who deserts her kids to go into rehab. Then you've got Jordan - mum who lets blind kid wander off unsupervised and burn himself in a scalding bath - but hey she capitalised on that 'accident' but wearing full make up and posing in bedside vigal in OK Magazine (and paid £50,000). Nice work if you can get it. So yes that must Jordan the clear winner. What a joke.

Ha as if people are still moaning over Jade, saddos, get over it! She's a normalish person! Not Hitler! Oh and she's a mum so yeah I think it would be highly likely she'd be nominated just because of that! Kate Moss....erm I don't think cocaine taking makes a good mum, but to be fair what the hell is her child, I never knew knew she had a kid which is why I was less critical on her drug taking, this means she's bad and I hate her lol

I have put an question similar on another category. I agree totally with you. What is grattan catalogue thinking of, should spend the money on more important issues. Jade Goody and most of the so called mums need to step back away from their own ego and be a mum. Not saying dont try and do well for yourself and children but do it the right way.

I love Kate Moss, I think she's an amazing model, but as a mother? Well that depends on your definition of a good mother doesn't it?
She's a good mother in the sense she's got a great career, lots of cash to provide for her child and isn't living off the bloody state and benefits!

I just think these awards are all a load of total rubbish. What have these so called 'celebs' actually achieved in their child-rearing other than being publicly photographed taking their kids out for a walk! Whooppee Doo!!!! Welcome to the real world of motherhood. And what I want to to know is who actually puts these names forward...? Has someone been watching these 'Celebs' and noting down all their skills.. Don't think so!!! Talk about kissing butt. As if they're egos are not inflated enough - POP!

No I can't believe it. You hear a lot about celebrities and their kids, I would how many of them actually take an active roll or is it down to the nanny or the help. Its easy being a good parent when someone else is doing most of it for you.

It should be 'kids of celebrity bad mothers awards'!!
would you really want to be brought up by any of those nominated??
I can think of much more outstanding parents that have nursed their dying children...why blow up already oversized egos and make them think that they are all good roll models when in fact no-one in their right mind would so much as give them a job working in a Nursery!!!!
Come on seriously we are not talking about their past we are talking about whilst they were parents one proved to be a rascist bully, one a cocaine addict, one who says it is fine to be size zero and one who openly got legless whilst pregnant!!!!

I see that Katie Price, AKA Jordan is up for this as well. She deserves it more than all the others. From what I read, she has done rather a good job looking after her disabled baby, fair play to her!
