I'm sorry for your loss.
After a miscarriage it can take a few months for your body to find its own rhythm again, so to speak. Some women don't get a period for a few months; some women don't stop bleeding for weeks before they can even start waiting/wondering about when their next period will be; some women bleed irregularly; and some, regardless of what is or isn't going on with apparently normal bleeding, don't ovulate, or ovulate regularly, for a few months. As a *general* rule of thumb, however, it's been my experience that the earlier the miscarriage, the less time it takes for things to return to normal. And, regardless of how far along you were when you miscarried, there is always a chance of getting pregnant again before you next bleed, if you happen to (inadvertently or intentionally) catch the next egg to drop before regular bleeding returns.
As for whether it's easy to get pregnant right after a miscarriage: there's mixed data on that. Some suggests that there is an increased chance of conceiving following a miscarriage, while other studies suggest that there is a higher chance of miscarrying again immediately following a miscarriage. There is some evidence that conception is easier right after a D&C, and you didn't mention whether you had to have one -- the theory on that being that a D&C (in general) "cleans out" the "bad stuff." (On the other hand, if any problems arise from a D&C, that can spell bad things for future fertility.) That's all "official" stuff -- studies, what doctors say, and whatnot; there does seem to be plenty of *anecdotal* evidence that chances of conception right after a miscarriage are pretty good.
It's certainly possible that you're pregnant again so soon. It's also possible that the sudden breast soreness has to do with the return of ovulation and an impending period. If you're not pregnant now, and you're not trying to become pregnant, be sure and use contraception; you don't know when ovulation will begin again (assuming it hasn't already). And whether you're trying to conceive or not, if you don't get your period in a couple of months, you should call your doctor.
Caveat: did your doctor treat you during your miscarriage? That is, were you checked to confirm that the miscarriage was complete? If not, please call you doctor now; they should check to make sure there's nothing left (in which case you would need to have a D&C). They will probably run a blood test to ensure that there is no hcg lingering in your system, if they didn't run those tests already to track the hcg levels to zero.

If you want to you can e-mail me.... We lost our angel at 10 weeks, on January 13. We had to do a D&C on January 29. My peroid didn't come back until last Thursday, and was only a 3 day thing. I saw online, on some miscarriage forums, that people would get them anytime between 2 weeks after up to 3 months after. I wouldn't worry, it is just your body taking the time that it needs to get back hormonally..... I know exactly what you are going through, and don't know what to say.... But if you need to talk, please e-mail me....

Sometimes your body takes longer to recover. I would suggest calling your doctor with your concerns.
Most Doctor's will tell you to wait 3 months before you try to conceive again, this will allow your body to heal, or you are going to risk another misscarriage.
After my 3rd misscarriage I continued with morning sickness for 2 more weeks.
After each misscarriage it took me a year to get pregnant again.
Good luck and visit your doc.

I had a miscarriage in oct. and found out in Nov. that I was pregnant again. I don't want to get your hopes up but that's what happend to me. I'd go to the doc. and have them do a blood test. You are most fertile after a miscarrage.

Could be a while. Your body has to adjust to the lack of hormones.
