Blackness is simply the absence of light. Doesn't come from anywhere.

If you go in a sound-proof room and don't say anything or fart or burp or whistle, there's no sound. If there is no light, there is no light. Same thing.

before people, there were no people. Did someone make a "no people"?

If you run out of money, where did that "no money" come from?

Duh!

This is an often asked, very daft question. Why do people wonder about the absence of something?

Also, what is this "everything comes from the centre? Light comes from the sun, but also comes from billions of other stars, many of which are thousands times brighter than the sun.

There is no centre, as such.

What a strange mind you have.

First, know that there is only Darkness in the beginning. Understand that if you close your eyes, you can see only Dark and nothing. Since you are in the midst of Sunlight, you feel that you are not. Hope and Experience alone make you know that the Light is exposed in the Darkness. That is black is not visitble in the centre of the Sun or Light.

Actually a good question. One even the greatest minds have yet to figure out. I assume you are talking about the darkness of space between the stars. Well scientest calculated the mass of all light producing object in the known universe and found their weight was to light according to gravitational effect. Therefore the darkness has mass/weight. What it is they don't know, Merely "darkmatter" for the present....

Darkness is just the absence of light. It doesn't come from anywhere. That would be like asking where quiet comes from.

Blackness comes from lack of sunlight. Plain and simple.

Light comes from a light source but darkness is just the absence of light and it does not come from anywhere, just like sound comes from a sound source but silence is just the absence of sound and it does not come from anywhere.
