Can survive, as-is, no suit or nothing for about, oh... 20 seconds. Will suffocate first and then freeze solid.

So the answer is "yes" since the length of time for survival was not defined.

I read somewhere that the earth receives several tons of space dust every day. Well, that means that the earth is growing larger. Maybe with a little bit of human technological intervention plus all the space dust we could increase the size, and also the gravitational force. That's the key to help make Mars hold a breathable atmosphere. If we could tackle that problem, everything else would be a lot easier, but Mars would still lack a moon like the earths, to help keep it in check, and stabilize it. I guess Mars wobbles.

Humans are very capable of developing technology that will take us to "The Moon, Mars, and beyond". If we could get the funding from the gov that we Nasa and over space companys need we would already be a lot farther than we are.

Un protected ?No....We could make strutures that would protects us from the radtion and dust storms, make oxygen from plants, and have a permament base. And in the future, create global warming on a mass scale by burning fossil fuels and creat a thick atmosphere that would trap heat and cause ice to melt. It would take centries to thousands of years to make it into something like Earth where we can walk oputside and take a nice lungful of air.

Ages ago I was reading about a process called terraforming that would make a planet like Mars much more hospitable for us to be able to live in it. Although, because of gravity difference issues, people who would like to permanently re-locate to Mars would have to stay there for ever, as it would be impossible for them to be able to walk again once they came back to Earth!

Yes.
We can probably also terraform it to make it more inhabitable. Like steering and crashing some good sized comets into the planet. Adding heat and water.

Sure, but you'll need to bring along food, water, oxygen and some heavy duty radiation shielding.

Yes! We are more than capable of developing the technology.
