should of been a lot more specific, but cheapest would probrably getting a B18B, build internals and add a turbo along with exhaust can easily run you easy 7000 and that will only be the engine, you still got suspension to work on and a couple of other things

Depends on what cars you are trying to beat. But for a complete motor swap and suspension it can go from aprox. 4,000 or up (unless you got hookups so it can be cheaper)
And to the people who say you need a body kit...You dont need a body kit to make a street racer. Body kit = RICE

It all depends on what kind of Civic you're starting out with, and how fast you want to go, there isn't any real answer to this unless we get more info.

That all depends on what kind of mod you put in. If you replace the engine and tranny to like Integra LS. I say about 3 to 7 thousand dollars depending on who does the work.

Cost wise. the sky is the limit when it comes to suping up cars
To make it a serious car? Enough to buy a corvette that will blow your suped up honda out of the water.

before everything, the vehicle you linked to isn't a race vehicle. this is merely an Si with a terrible physique equipment, grotesque wing, and tastless lighting fixtures fixtures. the guy in all risk merely has decrease springs and tires.
