Why do you feel ashamed? Is it that your not a good body type? Doing yoga will get you into a more shapely shape and get you in touch with your body. Try a book or a video. You will see amazing results in about 3 weeks. Good Luck and its okay to be horney, you wouldn't be human otherwise.

We are taught shame by our parents as children so that we will cover our bodies, it makes it easier to interact with the society at large. Add into that a healthy dose of negative body image from our teenage years when our bodies were changing and everybody was not changing at the same rate, you might have felt the changes were too slow or too fast when compared to your friends. What you wind up with is that some of us learn our lessons too well and end up unable to disrobe in front of our partners, even so we can be intimate. You need to try first becoming comfortable with your body. Try closing the curtains and locking your door and then get naked by yourself. You should try looking at yourself in a mirror and focus on how natural it is to be without clothes. The point for you is just to generally try and be comfortable. Try engaging in regular activities, read a book, watch tv, do laundry, etc. That way you become more accepting of being naked. When you are ready to engage in a sexual encounter you can set a mood with lingere and some candles positioned away from the bed, for safety. The subdued lighting from the candles should help you to feel comfortable and less exposed. Good luck!

start by taking off a piece of clothing in front of a mirror when you are alone, look at your self, then remove more clothes or start in a bathing suit would be one way, go until you are comfortable looking at your self in the mirror.
Try having a lit candle in the room, the light is very soft perfect way to start.
Or by taking a bubble bath, get to know your self in an intimate way, it will make you feel better knowing what you like I still have a hard time doing it with much for light in the room, but am getting better..

Seriously, I mean this even though it sounds like a joke. Walk around your home naked without turning the mirrors away. You will get used to your body and start to appreciate it. Once a day, look in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful. It will sound silly at first, but it will work. Every woman is beautiful, and you are no exception.

You might wanna close the blinds.

Make an appointment to visit your local Naturist resort to recieve an introduction free tour of the facility and to naturist/ nudist life.
But remember they are not into sex. BUT rather body acceptance and freedom to be nude.

if you feel bad about having sex because of your body, remember this: the person having sex with you knows what is under there, so go for it and relax........soft lights or no lights, stoned, drunk, hey whatever gets you through it Then you will slowly become comfortable with your body

No, it is not bad to feel horny. Why should you? It is a normal human emotion and there is no shame in it. When you are ready to do it, you will know.
